I no longer live in Ocala but still own a rental home in the area. I needed someone to both find a tenant and manage my property. Yunia and Edgar have been phenomenal. From the thoroughness of the search to the outstanding communication since the house has been rented, they have surpassed all expectations. I am now at peace knowing that my house is safe and well taken care of by Yunia and Edgar.

Yunia and Edgar Perez are very professional and patient. They had sent me listings as they became available, they then had me select the ones I might be interested in. These two are real pro's, very low key and low pressure. They know the neighborhoods, they will show you several homes, point out the good and bad and have you decide. Excellent team service and professionalism. They were helpful from the beginning to the end. My mother felt very comfortable communicating with them because they speak Spanish too. Our family found the home we were looking for. I recommend them.
