It was truly a pressure to work with them. They are a Husband and Wife team that I enjoyed being around. Edgar when out of his way to assist me even if it meant during so after hours. Their years of experience showed when it came to getting issues resolved. I highly recommend them as great agents. Truly fulltime Realtors not part timers.

My unique large home with attached mother-in-law apartment became too much for me to care for but after 33 years of wonderful family memories I was very stressed to list it and make a move .... the Perez Team are genuine, sincere, and caring PROFESSIONAL Realtors who walked thru the entire process with me. I am so blessed to know them and highly recommend them??

Rented a home from them for three years. Homeowner never made one upgrade to home. Painted and made many improvements to property out of my own pocket. Tried to buy rental property and was denied. Rent increased excessively high so I decided to buy. Was asked to after we moved out to come back to repairs miscellaneous items and went back and forth three times to complete. Owner and the perez team decided to still keep my deposit. Feeling frustrated, taken advantage of and disappointed.
