We used Yunia and Edgar when we decided to sell our investment property and when buying land. We cannot say enough good things about them! Both Edgar and Yunia were professional and knowledgeable of the entire process. They kept us informed and treated us like family. Not only did they price our house exactly where it needed to be but we were under contract within 2 days of listing. Highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling!
