Awesome experience with The Pereira Team. I contacted Damian about a house that had multiple offers. He was able to schedule a tour of the house within an hour. He helped setting up my offer for the house, negotiate with the seller and helped me close on the house 11 days later. He is very knowledgeable, professional and great at what he does.
