Do not order from this shop. I splurged on a $400 peony bouquet to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day as it is my partner's favorite kind of flower and meant to be a meaningful gift. I was notified by what looked like an automatic email the delivery date was changing to tomorrow. I responded this was unacceptable as the flowers were for a specific event. Partner ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day, they never arrived, instead they canceled them because we just asked where they were (a day late). 2 months later, still no refund and trying to dispute the charge. Horrible shop, do not buy from them.

I ordered the Peonies on the 10th of March, to be delivered on my wife's birthday which was the 13th of March. It is now the 15th of March and I have not received them, and I have not received any communication about when to expect them. Phone calls reach a New York number, which is never answered, and the "mailbox is full", so I can't leave a message. Fraud. Failed to deliver (and on Valentines). Spent over $400 and tipped very well for delivery. No attempt was made to communicate delivery troubles. Tried calling to resolve but no answer.
