You guys have some serious water problems . I have never had soooo many water problems in a place. The sump are is almost always flooded and smells like sewer sooooo bad. Almost every other flush i have to use a plunger because it just won’t flush. Like literally just liquid and won’t flush. Quit calling maintenance a long time ago because it just was too many times. I do not recommend the Pensacola Grand because they never return any phone calls. When I go to the office during business hours no one is in the office. The place is infested with roaches and fleas. I was told certain rules to follow in regards to parking (followed the rules that were instructed) and they still put a towing sticker on my vehicles. No one affiliated with our management team condones illegal behavior of any kind, nor do we delete negative reviews from our community's pages. IS THERE A VALID REASON WHY THE “POOL” is closed another Sunday after being open yesterday?Or is management really trying to push the good residents out because they can’t handle the backlash and take responsibility of their poor service and misconduct ????
RecommendedTo start the staff is professional and helpful. The grounds of the complex are kept very neat. Pool is amazing and there is a large fitness area as well. The apartments are super nice and they come with AT&T cable and internet. I'm glad I chose to move into this complex.
My husband and I moved here after selling our home 7 months ago. It has been so wonderful living here. The staff is AMAZING!!! They are always on top of everything. The amenities are top notch. The neighbors are wonderful as well. It's a great community!! We love living here.

I love living here. the staff is awesome and all the amenities are wonderful. the rent is reasonable. I've lived in apt before and they have been terrible experiences. but I'm really happy here. Most of the neighbors are cheerful and pleasant. I would recommend these apt. I live on the bottom floor and never hear anything. its great.
Update: I moved after a year only because I purchased a home. The apartments are large and well maintained. The closets are large and the outside storage room holds a lot as well. It is a safe and friendly environment. The pool and gym are clean and very enjoyable. Julie and her staff are always there to help and answer your questions.
