My husband and I were here for our anniversary and the Hamilton performance. Truly exceptional service. From the time we arrived from the airport,everyone we encountered went above and beyond!!!

The good: 1. service andnlocation 2. Big screen tv The bad: 3. worst shower (pithy shower rose and very low water pressure) 4. Very poor room insulation - similar to my experience in the New York peninsula - You can here people talking in the room next door. For this price I expect better .
I love the Decour of the hotel the spa service and Consear is impeccable anybody would love you to come get a massage manicure pedicure .
If I could give 10 stars it would be understated for what true service that is provided at Peninsula hotels worldwide � I have been fan from early 90s ���
