They are refusing to call me back to update me on my daughter’s appointments in July 2024. It is against CT Statute to refuse access to medical records to minor’s parents just because the other parent maliciously goes out of their way to do this - WITHOUT a legitimate court order. Also, they did malpractice on my child when she was ready to come home from the NICU back in January 2021. Loved my pediatrician when going to the previous location (Nancy Brown is the shit!!). Cool that lil sis went as well. My only suggestion would be to include comprehensive blood work early on (not sure what standard of care is). There's no reason why at 10 she was finally diagnosed with diabetes after mom's observations. Could've been preventative early on. Makes me think while her years at St. Lawrence (tried to hold her back in Pre-k-who stays back in pre-k its not even a required grade) were possibly due to illness. Or co... read more
Worst. Kid needs to see ent doctor and they say 3 months wait. It is ridiculous considering all the money paid to Yale health insurance. Very disappointing.If you go with other clinic that have specialist, Yale insurance does not cover you a penny. What a joke.
Haven’t even gotten to bring my child here yet and I am leaving 1 star. Was promised a call back in December to schedule an appointment for my daughter to have completed by January 21. She had to be on a months worth of antibiotics. Never got a call. I call them in January and they just scheduled an appointment that we couldn’t make. I immediately schedule an appointment after having to find coverage for my own patients. We arrived at 430 as the radiology department was closing. We are not from the area, about 2 hrs away. The radiologist Christy I believe was walking out the door when she overheard us talking with the receptionist. My daughter needed her entire body X rayed and she decided to stay past her shift to get it done. I can't thank her enough!
