Ran the wrong blood test. Totally incompetent. Should have just gone to quest instead of trying to drive all the way here for a pediatric blood draw, because I had to go to quest anyways to fix their error. Still trying to dispute my bill for the routine blood draw that they charged me for, while quest has not charged me anything- my insurance should cover it Also, not to mention the terrible parking situation due to construction. Pediatric will try to find any reason to keep your baby, my baby was a week old. I just had a C-section and they were asking me why I was tired and if I needed help at home A bunch of unnecessary questions over and over that had nothing to do with why I was there. seven nurses came in there, trying to find any reason for me to slip up so they can take my baby. when I asked to leave, they said I can leave but my baby can’t mind you. the dentist Mason smith with the dental assistants are so kind caring and patient with my 4 yr old. they have her best interest in mind, and after a bad experience elsewhere. she enjoys going here.
Took my 3yo daughter today for a walk in appointment to draw blood. She had never done it and is usually scared of drs and hospitals. Lady at check in was sweet and super fast. We waited less than 3 min to be called, and the nurses that drew blood were amazing! At the end they even had a drawer full of little toys for her to pick one to take home!
Absolutely shamefully deceptive billing policies. Be prepared for a significant bill of your insurance doesn’t cover an outpatient “facility fee” as this is Yale’s way of passing rising costs down to unsuspecting and uneducated consumers. They will not give you this information beforehand nor are they helpful with any questions about your bill.
