RecommendedLove Dr Aliabadi and his staff! Kelly, his assistant, always provides the best service. In fact, she exceeded our expectations today when she notified us that the dreaded Sports Physical Form was ready on the SAME DAY we dropped it off! That kind of service is what sets this team apart. We have had a constant battle with the billing department for 2 months. We have spent countless hours getting told lie after lie.
This office not only places you on hold for an extended amount of time, but also fails to listen to the request of the parent in it's entirety. With that being said, my experiences with this office have been daunting, and unpleasant. The unfortunate yet important part, is that I am now stuck at this time having to deal with such a sloppy, incompetent, uncaring practice until I can have my child seen else where due to current issues she needs addressed now and not later.
