I usually have a good experience here until recently. My child had an appointment,we get there wait 30 mins then that went to an hour. I ask the front staff was everything ok? Only for them to tell me my child was overlooked and asked could I reschedule. Mind you,we were there on time and the lady said she had us checked in. She lied and didn’t even attempt to accommodate us for her mistake. They are rude, incompetent and apparently can’t operate the front desk. I feel like this dentist office is not focused on reputation or quality but more on quantity and money. We were referred here from our usual dentist as my son who is 5, needed a little work done and has a little anxiety. Our usual dentist said he had a couple of cavities after we saw her for our usual cleaning. I came here for a consultation. The staff were nice and the woman who did the x rays also.
