They are worst never answer the phone be the first caller for over a hour never can speak to a supervisor they always say they will give u a call back never calls back and the only company that hv his feeding
Wouldn’t give me parts for my daughter nebulizer. She’s struggling to breathe. Back to the Emergency Room
The absolute worst. Last year I waited 3 weeks for a call back just to get a new mask for my toddler. Now today, I’ve been calling for 30 minutes and can’t get a single soul in the phone to get a replacement nebulizer for my asthmatic 4 year old.
Been waiting for a week in a half for grandson’s back ordered supplies .Called several times got transferred to voicemail and Mannie has yet to return my call . Guess I will have to go over their head to corporate!
The wait times and call back is terrible. Its sad that a service designed to help struggling families and children is like this
