Dr Pravin has been great to us but the front desk is horrible. It’s clear the receptionist HATE their jobs. They are disgusted just by you walking in the front door.
I’ve come to this clinic ever since my baby was a newborn, and while the doctors have always met my expectations I have had to wait at least 35 minutes after my appointment time consistently. The front desk can be hit or miss as far as customer service goes and aren’t always very helpful/friendly. I will say I can usually get an appointment same day, and once I get back to the room and see the doctor it’s pretty fast.
