Great ride at Pedal. Traci and Grant were so welcoming from the time we walked in the door. Traci is a fantastic coach and kept us motivated the whole time. The playlist was also great, the combination of Traci’s motivation with the songs pushed me hard for a great workout. At the end of the class we each received a cold cloth that smelt cool and soothing, perfect end to stretch. I can’t wait to go back.
Fun workout! Traci makes workouts so so good! Great music and people.
