Love Love Love owning and living here. The downtown vibe and being able to walk everywhere is amazing. Our unit is well designed with lots of light and the efficient layout creates the perfect living space. The well appointed decor in the lobby is welcoming and a great place to meet the neighbours.
The Pearl hits all the notes. It is a beautiful modern building on the waterfront. It is steps away to restaurants, theatre, and great walks. Everyone that I have met there is friendly and it has been fun to meet people of all generations and watching all the different kinds of boats and barges passing through the Johnson Bridge never gets old.
Great location right on the water and in the heart of downtown Victoria. Love living in this brand new, well built concrete and steel building - it's incredible just how quiet it is inside. Truly a wonderful place to call home!
