Had a tour with the leasing manager Helen Kwon today. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Her smiles and energy are so delightful. She is very attentive and I feel that she has really listened to what I want for my future apartment, and given me her best suggestions. Really appreciate it!
We came to tour The Pearl as we are relocating back to LA to be closer with family. Alicia was very nice and accommodated our last minute appointment. The community was very well kept.

All views are my own. My partner applied and is someone who is a bit of an untraditional applicant.
