Constant noise (50–60 dB inside the apartment) and frequent false fire alarms at night make it hard to sleep here if you have light sleep. Great location, but management needs to address noise control and alarm issues urgently.
The Pearl is a clean, beautifully maintained property, and living here has been a joy. I’m so thankful for the kind and attentive staff: Alicia, Helen, and Maria, who genuinely care and always go out of their way to support residents. Pearl is truly the one and only apartment in K-Town that feels like home. I toured many places before moving here, and while some other complexes didn’t feel very clean (especially in the summer with flies), Pearl always stands out. The hallways and elevators are spotless and smell fresh every day, which makes such a difference.
