I am glad we selected The Peach as a residence for 1+years. The view is awesome. The fully furnished amenities are fabulous. And, we couldn’t beat the monthly fee, considering the all-inclusive nature of the contract and location. Ms. T, Mike and the entire management crew are responsive, approachable, and fair. If anyone is interested in location / accessibility, interacting with approachable / professional staff, residing in a clean/ quiet environment, at a not so expensive fare, then The Peach is worth giving a shot.
Lived there for nine months while I was on contract at Piedmont. I thought it was a great value. I rented a studio and it was perfect. Clean and open. I had a few minor issues pop up, but Ta’Quiera always handled it for me very quickly. If I returned to ATL, this would be the place I’d look to first. Thx T!
I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months. The building is centrally located and easy to get to any major highway, midtown, or Buckhead. All appliances were in great shape and the apartment had everything needed. Communication with the property manager, Ta'Quiera, was smooth and easy. She was super helpful with my move-in and move-out. Highly recommend.
I stayed at The Peach Atlanta for almost two years, and I really enjoyed my stay there. The unit I stayed in was very spacious and the floor to ceiling windows provided great views. The unit came with furniture, appliances, utensils, and even a smart TV, all of which exceeded my expectations. Noise was never really an issue from both other neighbors and street noise. I really enjoyed my stay at The Peach Atlanta! I stayed there for a short term lease and Im glad I decided to give the place a try. They did a great job with making the apartments sound proof. Even though the complex is near the interstate it was very quiet and relaxing inside. The location is literally EVERYTHING. You can walk to the High Mueseum or to Colony Square and many other places and not feel unsafe doing so. The view was beautiful and management (specifically TaQuiera) was amazing.
