I called this salon to set up an appointment left a message. Blanca called me. We set up an appointment for the following Monday. I was thrilled that they worked on Monday and that she could do a perm. On Monday I rushed over excited about getting a trim and a perm only to be met by a closed salon with no one inside. Seeing the reviews below I wish I would’ve read them sooner.. because it seems refunds on deposits are hard to get back with this hair stylist. I had an appointment a few weeks ago. She texted me saying she’d be running late to push me back an hour- fine. Texts me again saying she has to cancel completely. I wanted a refund she ignored that ask and wanted to rebook- fine.
