Been coming here since last week of July for extensions. In the beginning, she made me so happy. As time went on, the quality and experience kept getting worse. I called this salon to set up an appointment left a message. Blanca called me. We set up an appointment for the following Monday. I was thrilled that they worked on Monday and that she could do a perm. On Monday I rushed over excited about getting a trim and a perm only to be met by a closed salon with no one inside.
