1st time they cut our schnauzer's hair too short & the 2nd time they cut off her beautiful, long, eye lashes & spray painted her tail w/o permission.
We brought our very dirty boy Murphy here for the first time today and I am truly amazed at how clean he was when I went to pick him up! Thank you so much for taking the time to really clean him up, I know he was a lot of work! You also did a very nice job on his nails, I cant hear him walking the floors! We are definitely going to be a regular!

The entire team was amazing!! It's a vibrant and friendly environment for dogs to learn & grow! My dog Malaki is boarding there currently for a week, and I couldn't be more pleased! Definitely a Gold Star!
It's always a pleasure taking Coco because she can not get a grooming but be social with the other dogs. It's always a pleasure dealing with Lashondra & her wonderful staff.
They did a WONDERFUL job on my cat (has never been groomed before besides at home lol!) they made her feel very comfortable, i was calling every 30 minutes and tierra answered every time to reassure me she was ok, we were in the middle of moving and they were very flexible with making sure piper stayed put while we figured things out! I will definitely be back! Thank you shonda and tierra and paw shop staff ! ������
