Sadly my mom experience was horrible. She took his adorable Pomeranian dog ( Gio ) to this shop for a trim and they shaved the poor dog off. If this was a poodle i can totally understand their intention, but the fact that all she wanted was a trim! NOT acceptable, we came to the conclusion they just didn't recognized the different between this two breed. The results! I have a very sad mom for christmas. I'm terribly sorry about your mothers experience However there was a HUGE communication error. We are very sad that her first experience wasn't the best but if I can explain... the groom she described to our stylist was a of a short haircut not just of a trim. She exaggerated about having the hair short on the body especially the rump and only leaving hair on the tail and neck.
