The staff and everyone is so great! We take our cat Whiskey here and she deals with them a lot better than others! ;) We used to take her to pet-smart on miller road, and they ruined her trust. They cut a nail too short and since Whiskey is very touchy about getting those nails trimmed. BUT paw palace works with her and still may not like it but is no where near as angry Thank you always paw palace!
Zeus loves going there, They do a great job loving our 4 legged famiy
Great facility and staff! I'm picky about the way my dogs are handled and treated so i was glad to see that the staff are very patient with the dogs, are knowledgeable in basic dog behavior and treat the dogs in a positive manner :)
