The owners gave a 1 week notice before shutting the doors and closing. My dog was a loyal customer that went 3 times a week for over 2 years strait. I had bought a package of visits the week prior to the closing notice. That was 10 visits for 250$ and were only able to use 3 visits before they closed for good. I was told I would be mailed a check for my refund of the remaining 7 visits. I was never mailed the check. I have since tried to message this page with out any luck of contacting the old owner. RecommendedCaring staff. Dogs get a lot of play time with each other. Highly recommended. My dog will go nowhere else.
Love paw palace! Our dog Charlie has been going here for quite a few years now while we are away. He loves going here. They take such good care of him and we never have to worry when we are away!
They take care of your baby like it was their own. Very friendly workers and our dog just loves it there!
The staff is wonderful, the prices are affordable, and our pup loves it there!

My partner and I LOVE THIS PLACE! As people who deal with a bit of separation anxiety from their pet when they go out of town and must board, PP always does their absolute best to ease our minds while we're gone. Our dog is 2 now and this is the only place he has ever been boarded (and we vacation fairly often). The staff is warm, friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable, they offer optional grooming prior to departure and all kinds of additional options for people like us who want updates on our pet while we're gone :)... read more
