My car was stolen from the parking lot when i first moved in. The theater parking lot right behind the apartments is used as practice for donuts between the hours of midnight and 2am and it's incredibly loud. The walls are thin. We had a drunk woman living there who was always in the hallways crying??? For almost 1900$, it's not updated at all (laminate counter tops, gross carpet, etc etc and now i pay far less to have a fireplace, granite counter tops and everything updated). This heat is getting ridiculous for me and my family. It’s 100° outside, and even with our thermostat cranked to 70, the place refuses to cool below 85°. When were these AC units last replaced? Anyone else roasting in their apartment too? React if you’re dealing with the same thing. So much for “luxury” living…
Recently moved out. Almost everything Caitlin and Imran have said is true, apart from parking. There is quite a bit of parking, you're never going to run out of space, you just may need to add a minute to your walk, which isn't a big deal, or you can purchase a garage. There is no EV charging, and with me just purchasing one, I moved to an apartment with a charger. Cindy was so helpful in getting me the information I needed and was so kind. She made it comfortable and easy through all the paperwork and questions I had.
Cindy has always been amazing, so thoughtful and helpful. Handles every issue with grace and promptly. I've never lived in a place where they were so involved with activities, from fun pool parties she has, Christmas wreath making, And so much more.
