I have lived at P.T.C. Apts for 3 yrs now. The experience I have had has been very good. The Ladies in the office are always kind & each of them LISTEN to whatever the situation is. If need to be, it's handled. The 2 Maintenance Men, whenever there is a issue inside a Apt.--- there on it. Fixed. They create different events. It IS a good place to live.
My car was stolen from the parking lot when i first moved in. The theater parking lot right behind the apartments is used as practice for donuts between the hours of midnight and 2am and it's incredibly loud. The walls are thin. We had a drunk woman living there who was always in the hallways crying??? For almost 1900$, it's not updated at all (laminate counter tops, gross carpet, etc etc and now i pay far less to have a fireplace, granite counter tops and everything updated). This heat is getting ridiculous for me and my family. It’s 100° outside, and even with our thermostat cranked to 70, the place refuses to cool below 85°. When were these AC units last replaced? Anyone else roasting in their apartment too? React if you’re dealing with the same thing. So much for “luxury” living…
