Poor apartments They’ll get you on how it looks on the outside and in their specific apartment showings, but when you move in, it’s an absolute dump. The washer only runs cold water, the dryer does not work even after maintenance came to fix it, the walls are paper thin and I can hear everything from my neighbor’s faucets running, their showers, them opening doors, the TV, conversations, etc. Not to mention how thin the floors are too! Really helpful staff! Nice and quiet place hear and the girl in the office was really helpful when I needed to move in. I like it and recommend it here.
Kids love it! My grandkids really like the pool andovie theater. The maintenance guy takes care of me and when my sister stays over the summer she loves it. The office guys.took care of a parking issue for me and I pay less here than my last ace down the street. I wish I had the sloped ceings downstairs but might move.ulstairs next year so it's ok. I have had a good time here.
It was OK-I would move here again First I will say that I am not usualy a reviewer, but after reading the mixed reviews about this place after I moved in I was worried about my time here. I did ok. My apartment was good, I only had one or two maintenance calls and the maintanace guy was friendly and got things fixed, although the dishwasher ddid need a part. This place was awful For starters I concur with the last reviewer’s feeling about the Pavillions in that she felt unsafe and her privacy violated. I also agree that the owners and management only care about money!! I called for routine fixes throughout the time I lived there ( 1 year as I could not get out of the lease and they will take you to court and try by all means to extract as much money as possible from you). Invasion of Privacy As a woman, living by myself, I do not feel safe living here. If you are a family thinking of moving in, look elsewhere, because your kids will not be safe in this apartment complex. If you are a student thinking about a place closer to campus, move elsewhere. The pretty place isn't worth the price, especially for your safety. Not to mention the rude management who only cares about the money in your wallet instead of your safety and overall wellbeing?
