Great office staff The complex is clean and the grounds are maintained, although overwatered. Repairs are completed quickly. Relatively quiet location, although there are helicopters flying in and out of the nearby hospital. Resident are fairly quiet and friendly.
Great apartment Great apartment love the amenities with a lovely pool along with a great gym it’s a very spacious apartment and the complex is nice as well would move there again.
Great Place to Live These apartments have it all, attached garages, full-size washers and dryers in each unit as well as a work out gym on the property. The office staff is quick to help with just about anything and the price is amazing.
Convenient Location and Good Amenities I’ve been living at The Pavilions for about 4 years now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is super convenient and the property is kept in pretty good shape. Maintenance usually gets things taken care of. The amenities such as the pool and gym are nice to have. Neighbors have mostly been friendly and respectful. For the most part, it’s been a comfortable place to live and I’ve been happy calling it home these past few years.
Great place! Just moved in and I love it already, so many great amenities and amazing new floors! Workers are also very nice!
Smooth Move-In Process I have not moved in fully, YET, however, they have made the move in process super easy. The staff has been nothing but kind and they are very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I will update after I move in on the rest of my experience!
Great Move in Experience Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like any questions I had were answered promptly. Move in was low stress and the proximity to commercial outlets really helped. Would recommend to others and has a nice pool!
Move In The management has been very thorough in the move in process. Answers all your questions quickly and quick to get back to you. Apartment very clean upon move in date!
Friendly and great deals Amazing location and beautiful community. Megan and Alyssa at the Leasing Office helped us from the very beginning to accommodate our requirements. They went above and beyond to find us a our unit. It has great amenities.
