The property has developed a serious problem of homeless people stealing out of the mailrooms. Packages are constantly being opened and taken. In the picture I have included, you can see that multiple packages have been opened in order to steal the contents. I had prepared the nursery for my new baby, and everything was stolen. We went to file a police report, but so far we haven't heard anything back; the package thefts here are absolutely outrageous—the moment a package is delivered, it gets stolen.
Ms. Kay at The Pavilions was absolutely amazing throughout our apartment process. She is kind, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people. Over the past few days, she went above and beyond to help us and made everything so much less stressful. You can tell she truly cares for her residents. We’re so grateful for her!
This is the best apartment I’ve ever rented in the DFW area, especially in Midtown Dallas. The management office was incredibly kind and responsive whenever I needed them. When I had my car wreck and struggled with rent payments, they were there for me right away. They guided me to helpful resources and worked with me to make two late payments while I recovered from my injuries.
