Do not move here in the beginning when I moved here in 2024 everything was fine then we started having issues with our packages being stolen out of the parcel locker. I reported this before they never got back to me today I went to pick up My package in my package was not there. I contacted the carrier. They sent me photos that it was delivered. The place is nice and quiet the has a nice pond in the Middle with a trail that goes around it which is pretty nice it's a dog friendly place even though I don't own one the amenities are subpar not everything work in the gym there is an Amazon Locker so you don't have to worry depending on the size. Maintenance is pretty timely and efficient I lived in a three-bedroom the rooms the patio and storage room were spacious. Assistant manager, Anabelle, is very unprofessional. Update: packages are always stolen. The place hasn't been secure since Samantha left.
Nothing is being done for the safety of the packages in the mail room at 9001 Markville Rd. This apartment complex will hear your concerns but do nothing to take initiative to help the security in the mail rooms. This apartment complex has been doing construction around the parking lots and fixing up the trees by the pond by putting rocks and making it look pretty but they do NOTHING about the ongoing situation going on in the mailroom.
