Let’s just say…. U won’t be getting your packages with the money u spent and worked so hard for!!!! They’ll suggest trying to find a solution but it’s a facade, they won’t follow through!
Staff here is VERY unprofessional! Everyone is on their phone while people are waiting. The 2 ladies at the front desk is doing their job, but the people in the offices are just scrolling on their phones?!?!
I just moved in and it was a lovely experience! Jeislor was my leasing agent and she’s phenomenal!! Highly recommend this community!!
•no parking available/idle cars. •break ins •gym is useless/broken equipment •dog poop EVERYWHERE. •Marijuana smell 24/7 •maintenance is never coming lol. •loud unattended children outside •packages stolen •broken security gates Overall the only amenities i could enjoy was the spacious pools. The grocery is close by so are other stores. The tour was convincing enough to make me fall in love with the area, definitely a beautiful layout given the location but living here was something entirely opposite of that.
The pretty pond walk way and pools are the only saving grace this apartment has to offer. Parking is non existing unless you have a paid spot or garage. The tow truck does not in fact take vehicles that have been idle,you can leave a car in a spot for as long as you want without registering, as long as you beat someone else to one first.Certain Neighbors have 4+cars so good luck. People that don't have their gate fob have no issues breaking the gate to get vehicles through, letting anyone onto the property. Cars have had win... read more
