I just want someone to explain what the heck is going on with the fire alarms. Since moving in a month and a half ago, I’ve dealt with a false fire alarm 4 times. 4 times! And 3 of those were in the middle of the night. And not a single word from management! No idea what is being done about it! For all I know they don’t even know!
Definitely overpriced for what you get. Amenities are constantly broken (workout machines, coffee machine, fire pit) fire alarms consistently go off in the middle of the night.
If you enjoy 3am fire alarms and unresponsive, less than helpful (at times threatening) management, this is the place for you.
Poor management and overpriced. This is my second year living here, and I have had MULTIPLE issues, none of which did management actually resolve. Front office is often rude and dismissive of problems, sometimes blatantly ignoring or resident concerns. Live here if you want to be woken up by the incredibly loud and obnoxious fire alarm between 3 and 4 am multiple times a week! Otherwise, find somewhere else to rent.
I made the mistake of renewing at Pavilion for a second year. Just as other residents have posted, the broken machines (coffee and fitness) for which we pay a premium, sudden price hikes, and fire alarms at 4am are unacceptable. A personal anecdote is that I asked when I was renewing my lease if parking was separate from the lease because I wasn't sure I needed it. This place bribes for 5 star reviews (as shown in picture) as it’s not 5 star worthy. I lived here for 4 years and ultimately had to move out as the AC broke twice and needed a full replacement which takes months due to special order parts they don’t have on hand which in turn forced me into a new unit. No available 2 bedrooms so my roommate and I were forced to split into separate apartments. It’s close to the law school and thus that’s why you’ll live here.

I second Brendan's comments. I think the apartment complex is entirely too expensive for what it offers. The management continues to benefit from the fact that the majority of their tenants are students who are only in the area for a couple of years. Because of this high turnover they continue to deliver poor service knowing they will just get new people moving into town last year. I only have one year left in school but had to move out because my patience had run too thin.
