The worst place to live. If you value your safety and health DO NOT RENT HERE. My child has lived there for almost a year and has had the WORST experience. Management companies change all the time (as someone who used to work in this field, that is NOT good). They don't answer the phone and blame the "system" and are so lazy. To get anything done people have to go in there and yell or be rude to get anything done and that is not ok. I have experienced poor treatment in a community due to my skin color. Nicole Zapapata, the community manager, appears to show favoritism towards her ethnic group. Upon moving into the apartment, I encountered several issues that were not addressed, including not receiving a key to my apartment.
