I’ve only had great experiences here.
Waited one hour for the doctor to take two minutes to not look in my daughter’s ear properly and misdiagnose the problem. Spent money on an ear drop antibiotic and one week later my daughter was still in pain so I took her to the urgent care in Brampton. Off the rip, the urgent care said they had trouble seeing in her ear and said it needed to be flushed. Worst clinic and prepared to wait for 30 mins even if you have booked an appointment. Booked appointment at 10:30 and got our turn at 11:15. No care for other people time. Why book and appointment if you can’t handle the patients. Bolking an appointment is another hassle here, mostly receptionist wont pick up your call or put you on hold for 10 mins.
One of the best walk in experiences I’ve had. Virtually no wait. Great receptionist and doctor.
