I called to make an appointment for Monday 4/2/2018. When I received my appointment reminder the actual appointment said it was for Sunday 4/1 (Easter). The office is not open on Easter. They adjusted my appointment to Monday and when I got there they told me to pay for $350 for a 24 hour service based on my timeline. When I finished the (two office) process they told me I had missed the cutoff and that I would get my passport on Wednesday. No refund was offered.
