Cheaply built, mismanaged and crime ridden. Michelle Smock isnt properly licensed property manager, ignores all tenants rights laws and makes up lies to justify her actions and illegal evictions. Brand new apartment where you hear everything in unit above, new pool was open 2 weeks and torn up the remainder of year. Picerne Development simply doesn't care once you have signed on dotted line, and has no oversight or concern about their properties. Avoid this place.
