I ordered balloons for a Cub Scout party, as they were a hit last year and I was told to order from the same place this year. I came to pick up, and I wasn’t putting them in my car, I was walking them around the corner to the Masonic hall. After my first (of many) trips, William surprised me by showing up to the hall with balloons and continued to help me carry my huge order to the hall. Will and Katrina are nice. They were able to do the balloon bouquet for my son’s 16th birthday party. It was raining hard and they even assisted me to load it over into my truck. Super helpful, friendly staff and excellent customer service! Thank you so much! A breath of fresh air after my horrible, nasty experience from Party Fair.
I was looking for gold number candles and number balloons but they didn't have all numbers. I left empty handed. The staff was friendly and they told me the shipment would be arriving in another 10 days but that was not soon enough for my party which was a week away. They appeared to be low on stock in a lot of items. The store seemed sparse.
