The manager was very unwilling to help, they wouldn’t work with me on a return that’s new unopened because I didn’t have receipt (it’s a product they make, couldn’t have gotten it from anywhere else) and I was willing to get a bank statement to prove the purchase. The manager just kept saying sorry we need a receipt. I’m sure they could find my purchase on their end but was told they got a new system, that’s understandable but the unwillingness to help a past customer is distasteful.
