I called to ask about a remanufactured battery and was placed on hold for about 8 minutes. When I finally got through and asked my question, the employee responded with, “Nobody sells those anymore. And by the way, who needs a reman battery? For $110 more ($150 total), you can get a new one with a warranty. Remans don’t have a warranty.” I didn’t ask for a sales pitch or your opinion — just a simple answer.
