Highly Recommend The Parsonage I lived at The Parsonage during my time at UW, and it was easily one of the best housing decisions I made. The location is hard to beat, but what really sets it apart is the management. Robert, the Community Manager, does a great job keeping the property running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for residents. The team is responsive, the building is well maintained, and the resident events are actually fun.

Great for UW Students I stayed at The Parsonage from Sep. 2024 - Jun. 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I rented a studio unit for my time there. Here is what I liked: -Very quiet: unless someone is right outside your room or the person above you is dropping boulders on the ground, you won't hear anyone -Great location: close to campus, restaurants, and the light rail -Awesome staff: all issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. Home away from home I've called The Parsonage home since my sophomore year, and it has been such a meaningful part of my college experience. The location is incredibly convenient, and the community made it easy to feel at home. So many friendships, memories, and milestones were made here over the years. The best you can find I’ve had a great experience with The Parsonage. The property has a really convenient location in the U-District, especially for students who want to be close to campus, restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. The building has a more boutique and quiet feel compared to some of the larger high-rise communities nearby, which makes it feel more comfortable and easy to settle into.
