I love the Parlour. I have been going here for 5 years. I have never had a bad haircut and all the stylists are wonderful. I called to make an appointment and asked if they're flexible as I have a 4week old babe. They said children aren't allowed...being a mama is isolating! Hi Erin, I am so sorry you had this experience! I double-checked with our shop manager and it turns out I was misinformed. The child policy only comes into play when the child can walk or crawl (the would have access to hot tools, knocking down product, etc.) You are more than welcome to bring your infant in with you.
