I’ve been seeing Meg every 4-6 weeks for a root touch up for about 3 years now. She always provides the best service. I have never been unhappy. Not one time. I would assume in 3 years she’d have an off day - if so, not when I’ve visited her! That is saying a lot. In that time we’ve changed my color and my cut several times. Every iteration of my hair is great.

I had my hair cut and colored at this location recently. I can't complain about my service. Nikki was really nice as was everyone I spoke to. The place was clean and nicely set up. I was excited to get an expensive haircut, as I never get to do these things for myself. In the end I left a little let down because I basically just got a really expensive trim. I'm compelled to share what was genuinely one of the most humiliating experiences I've had at a hair salon, and I feel both deeply saddened and embarrassed by how I was treated. Always a great experience at The Parlor. From being greeted pleasantly and promptly to being pampered and walking out with beautiful hair, The Parlor is amazing!
