RecommendedWith the COVID-19 pandemic they were on top of it. They had the lines for social distancing. You could not just walk in, you had to wait. They took your temperature before letting you in. This did not take away from how the employees treated me.

OMG employees were so rude so stuck up I stood there for almost 20 minutes at the case no one talk to ME there was no other customers their employees were just standing around laughing like they were laughing at me not paying any attention to me the angrier I got the more they thought it was fricken funny I went to Jared and spent $3000
I recommend for people to go and visit their employees there are awsome very helpful and very polite and they take there time to show you the items that you are intrested on purchasing And the young ladies they're always greet you with a beautiful smile😁
I just had the worst experience at this pandora. My daughter and I walk and and want to buy a ring for her best friend. The ring we wanted was not available in the size we needed. The worker who helped us basically said "we have other locations but I'm not going to call them because we are all really busy and no one will probably pick up the phone". Absolutely worst service at the temporary store. The two employees are very rude and refuse to let me return a ring I purchased (NEVER worn and still have receipt). I have contacted corporate and that was my first and LAST time I will be giving my money to Pandora.
Marissa and Silas are amazing! They are so patient and welcoming. I always leave with a smile on my face whenever I shop for Pandora with them!
