*I’m leaving this review as someone who has never lived here and only dealt with the application process for this property. TLDR: Please consider this a month-to-month lease before spending money on the application process. I came across The Parker while searching for apartments in SD. Everything seemed great and we liked the apartment. We put in an application that costs $50 per person. After the application was approved, we were told that this property is a month-to-month lease only. This was never mentioned in the posting... read more
