On move in day the apartment was infested with roaches. We contacted leasing and management and were told " We didn't notice any bugs during renovations" However they set us up for pest control to come until issue was resolved. Pest control is included in your monthly rent every month. Pest control came every Monday for 3 months with zero to no improvements.
