This community leasing office proffesionals and maintenence team is above and beyond in responding to emergencies and resolving issues ASAP. When I moved in here less than a month ago there were some tickets I did and those issues were taken care of within hour or maximum length of wait was only a day which is great. There is hot water and apartments are clean. There team in on-site and are courteous when they enter your apartment so this is a great apartment complex to live in.
I’ve been living here for five months now, and I believe moving here was the best decision I’ve ever made. The area is peaceful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the very beginning, the management was transparent about pricing and the process, which was a huge plus since this was my first apartment. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I properly ended my lease at this complex and paid everything I owed in full with no damages caused. Over a year later, I discovered they sent $1,008 (my month’s rent amount) to collections with zero notice. They had my phone number and email, yet never contacted me once about any supposed balance after I moved out. Instead, they sneakily sent it to a debt collector.
