Dejanira is the best! She was fast and really helpful. Great hospitality while I was there. Words can’t explain how wonderful she was through out the process. Again is the F Best!
Had the worst experience with the front office staff. The female staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of handling the process professionally, she made dismissive comments like ‘you failed credit so no one can stay,’ speaking more like an interrogation officer than a leasing or sales representative. This kind of attitude makes the entire experience unpleasant and unwelcoming.
I’ve been a resident here since 2023 and let me say when I initially moved in, this apartment complex was managed by a different company that was excellent. And of course whenever you have new office staff, it takes a moment for them to find their footing. But the office staff here lacks accountability! And for me that is huge! A few months ago my water bill wasn’t posted which happens often. Is normally around the 5th mind you rent is due on the first.
