I love this studio apt. It's the best location in Savannah, walking distance to everything, comfortable, with everything I need. And you can listen in on the tours as they go by. Lucky Savannah is great - responsive, helpful, and clean well appointed rentals.
Rented Suites 2A and 2B over Christmas 2024 for out-of-town family members. It was great having niece and aging aunt in separate suites on the same floor. House faces Monterey Square and was so convenient to Forsyth and north area of Historic District. Will DEFINITELY use the suites again in the future.

Park House Carriage is an ideal place to set out to explore Savannah by foot. Sited on historic Bull Street and a very short walk to Forsyth Park, it's quiet and cozy, with all the necessary furnishings to make it a home away from home. We were there for 10 days and it met all our expectations. When we return to Savannah, we most definitely plan to stay here again!"
Perfectly situated in historic downtown, easy stroll to river street and other attractions, as well as amenities such as the grocery store. Beautiful Forsyth Park just down the street, great for evening jogs. Across the block from iconic Mercer Williams Mansion from the book ‘Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil’ (we watched the movie rendition on the Roku TV one evening of our stay). Studio 3B was cozy & comfortable w/lots of natural light. Property Management (Lucky Savannah) was easy to work with.
