We loved our dinner! The salad bar was great, the food was perfectly cooked, and the place was beautiful and clean. Also, we had the sweetest most attentive waitress. All that together makes for perfection! We will definitely be back on our next visit to Gatlinburg.
The service is amazing and this restaurant prides itself on long term employees. I loved the wall of employees(near the restroom) and our server Cindy was so polite and precise and took care of us. Our food was very good as well. Moonshine kabobs were awesome! We will definitely come back when we are in town again. Thank you!
It is all about the Trout there for me. It was excellent and the service was great.
My favorite restaurant in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Award-winning menu items, well-prepared steaks, a beautiful salad bar, and they best lobster bisque I've ever had. LOVE this place!
The food we ordered was not edible, we sent it back to the kitchen. Although the salad bar was good as was the spinach dip. Your place is beautiful inside
Once again, this evening we were so fortunate to experience the fabulous food and service at The Park Grill. Our food was delicious ... and our server, Don, is simply the best there is! His attention to every possible detail is incredible. He truly makes us feel special each time we visit, and seeing him always makes our time in Gatlinburg complete. Thank you for all that you do to make our trip so enjoyable!
Ordered Steak food was tough and bland. The salad bar was fresh and crisp. My wife had trout and she it was alright ??? Won't be rushing back anytime soon.
We went with a party of 17 (10 adults and 7 kids)... service was great ... everyone worked as a team.. Everyone enjoyed the restaurant and the food. We will come back :-)
We stopped after a long day riding and hiking. Food was ok, bland to taste. I was looking forward to the steak fries and they were warm but dry. Burger was bland. Needed seasoning in the meat! (Bacon and Goat cheese would have been good options) Salad bar was great and fresh! Great ranch dressing! Service was good ( she was a little loud and abrupt but just figured it was her usual) we had to wait for our check but she had a large table that had just gotten their food so I understood. I would go back.
