Love The Peaks..remodel is beautiful! Love the stone fireplace that's lit all the time in the lobby..Great big room with comfy king bed and large shower. Phone & plug station wth great TV. Restaurant was excellent, they made me veggie dinners not on the menu ..everything was great! Advance&beginner ski rental there off the Lobby. Live music in Lobby too along wth Hot Chocolate & cookies at 4pm. Great place to stay. 4 tram buses stop right out front so easy to get around No Rental car needed! Excellent Hotel very friendly staff writing this right now as I enjoy their hot chocolate after long day of skiing!!!
I booked this hotel not knowing much about Park City- was surprised how attentive the staff was in directing to to things to do. The room was very nice and happy to see the bathroom has an actual tub. The gym was way nice and totally dig the underground parking- came in very helpful with snow. I would definitely come back - cheers

My job has had me on the road in hotels/motels for 28 of the last 30 days and this is the BEST place I’ve stayed in Utah. It’s been a stressful week and when I realized I had to stay in Park City, I expected a huge bill. I needed to unwind and thought about looking for a local gym with a sauna. Instead, I called the hotel and asked if I could check-in early or even just sit in the sauna. Not only did they let me check in early, but I found the room to be perfect for business travel. I am truly disappointed In my experience with this hotel. First I call and get put on a very long hold. Then when I got taken off hold to book a reservation ,first asking general questions about rates and handicap access,The woman I spoke to was rushing me off the phone. I literally said ok I would like to boom the room and she hung up on me. Called back again got put on hold again... I was really looking forward to staying here. This place is so cute! Love the decor. Clean, friendly, no complaints!! They're remodeling now, so everything is shiny and new. Fridges are a little small and rooms don't have microwaves though.
