Super cute modern rooms, great Restaurant, awesome indoor/outdoor pool. Very cozy comfortable atmosphere.
This hotel I understand had a lot of renovations in the past couple of years. It is beautiful! I would recommend staying here to anyone. And make sure you go to Versante Hearth + Bar at the hotel for drinks and dinner!
My husband and I were passing through the lovely town of Park City, when we arrived at our original hotel of choice, there were no rooms available. We were given Peaks as a recommendation. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by courteous knowledgeable front desk check in staff. We then went to the bar, where we again were treated by friendly and personable servers. would return to the Peaks hotel in Park City over and over again
I called today and spoke with Sarah the guest services manager. I had to sadly cancel my reservation to a medical emergency with my dog. We were told we could not get a refund by the company we booked the hotel through unless the hotel agreed. When I called Sarah was SO kind and understanding. I will go out out of my way to make sure I stay here multiple times this year just because of how kind she was. Thank you Park City Peaks Hotel and Sarah for keeping customer service apart of your policy.
