I came there Saturday for a tour and had a much less than welcoming experience. I wish the service would have matched the way the property looks. I can’t imagine paying $2,000 per month and receiving the subpar and unacceptable service I received as a POTENTIAL renter

Just moved here last May and loving it. Everything is neat and staff are awesome. Very nice view and very good location and in the best part of Bel Air.
We'll be moving this month but have been here since April on last year. Top notch staff and the amenities are great. Safe and friendly place. We'll definitely miss it, but looking forward to our own newly built home! Thanks for a wonderful year!
Awesome place to live. Amenities are top notch. Feels like I'm living at a resort. Great clubhouse. Management/Staff are great. Sam is the best! Always available to answer questions or address my concerns. But ... I just wish more could be done about the owners of dogs who don't clean up after their pets. This place is so pet friendly with a great dog park, dog shampoo room, poop bag stations, dedicated poop areas, and still dog owners are being inconsiderate. This is my only complaint.
I love it here. It feels like living in a really nice hotel.
