Terrible customer service: I applied here for a 1 bedroom one bath and paid the application fee. However, the horrible third party contractor that they use for criminal background checks mixed my name with someone elses' and they thought I had all those charges so it delayed and snagged my application. Do yourself a favor and go with an apartment complex that actually uses a reputable company that doesn't make simple mistakes such as a similar distinct names with the same identical birthday. We lived here for the first 8 months we were in Frederick. We loved the convenience to grocery, restaurants, and downtown. Plenty of parking was a bonus too. We really liked the management staff and found them very responsive and helpful. Good place to live!
Shout out to the maintenance team at Walnut Ridge. New staff, and they take their job purposefully, professional, promptly. Any issues I've had have been meet without disappointment, job well done guys, and gals. Nice to know help is just a phone call away.

I have lived at Walnut ridge for over a year and I'm very happy. I recently transferred apartments which was a very easy task. The staff has been very helpful and I am pleased with the landscaping upgrades that has been taking place recently. Overall it's a wonderful community!
I love that they have events for all the residents!!! They make us feel very welcomed
