Stay Away – This Place Is a Scam I’ve lived here for 3 months and it’s been nothing but stress. My dryer has been broken since move-in, and they keep saying they’re “waiting on management” to fix it. No one returns phone calls, and the office rarely answers. Rent isn’t stable because they charge separate water/sewer fees with no explanation. They couldn’t tell me which company handles billing or who reads the meters.
