I cannot say enough good things about Haley who works in the office. She is one of the most patient and helpful people I have ever dealt with. My friend and I needed help with the application process, and she was extraordinary with making sure we could complete it. They are really good at sending out emails letting you know what's going on. This is a really great place to live!

This apartment was so complicated and the worst. I moved in December 2023 quickly due to me being new to Orlando and only having one day. It was a quick way move in. Moving in it was so many things wrong toilet tanks are black need to be replaced. Rust nd lime in sinks. Kitchen garbage disposal have a horrible odor needs to be changed. Floors were not done too good. Windows were cracked with mold. Bathroom have mold and mold mites. Tub immediately started to peel from move in clean.
