This place started off fine. I moved in 2+ years ago. Lately, under Valor Residential Group, all the amenities have been shut down. No laundry, no pool, no gym, nothing. Nobody has been in the office either. I’m moving out and have not been able to contact anyone within the company to let me know how to turn in my keys. Not even the parent company responds. (2 p.m. on a Wednesday, by the way). Don’t move in here. Although I suppose you can’t as you can’t even schedule a tour.
UPDATED 7-2024: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Property managers- VALOR RESIDENTIAL- Will not communicate with renters. We hear rumblings of bankruptcy, foreclosure, etc. FOR MONTHS. the owners BOUGHT IN 2021 AND NEW THIS COMPLEX NEEDED UPDATING- but now they don't want to fix anything. Full price still being charged, NO AMENITIES, Example: WE PAY MONTHLY FOR EXTERMINATING, THEY WONT SCHEDULE, many without working air conditioning, pool needs $11K in repair, they drained , 3rd year without a pool for full summer. I have lived here for 6 years. When I moved in, it was a great place to live. We had an excellent property manager, excellent maintenance guy named Joe, nice community, well maintained. It has since been bought and sold a few times. The current owners, who haven’t owned it that long, have ruined this place. We have been told it’s in transition, while it has becomes a run down complex. The grounds are not being maintained.
