I had a great experience at this apartment. I stayed most of 2024 at this apartment. This apartment had many changes in management but the one that has been here since 2023 is doing miracles. Kelli (manager) is very helpful and make sure everything is smooth. The maintenance team is great try their best to do a anything they can to resolve issues and fix problems. I have lived here through 4 management companies and these guys have been the best hands down, Keli is very understanding to ongoing issues and always seeks to resolve them!
It’s gonna be a no for me especially based on these reviews. I’m currently moving to Florida and I put my application in last week for this apartment. I’ve been calling everyday since last week and no updates. I also have been calling at different hours everyday and still no answer. And based on the reviews about the property manager being rude and just ending peoples leases, um that will be a no for me. Super upset I even wasted money on that application.
Had 2 disagreements with these people throughout my 1 year lease and apparently that calls for a non renewal here at Palm view cove. Not to mention Kelli is the most NASTIEST property manager EVER!!! 1 disagreement with her and expected a non renewal. Never dealt with a complex that can’t handle disagreements with a tenant and chooses to take that route. What a shame. I was wrongfully accused of a false violation of my lease apparently and now I’m being evicted out of my apartment in building 11. Hope they are ready for some legal action because that Kelli lady should not have a job! Property manager loves to complain how she’s running 2 complex’s…..well maybe it’s showing you cant handle both and they just need to hire a new property manager for Palm view cove that is AWARE of how to do her job.
