Went to the office to ask questions and the new manager didn’t even introduce her self and was very cold and short. It made feel very uncomfortable. Wanted to refer someone but not sure if I will after this. Also why are the residents not able to have trailers or commercial vehicles but the maintenance person is allowed to have his here daily and work on it on the weekends.
Huge HUGE shoutout to the staff for their support in a difficult situation. Thank you for hearing our concerns and working towards a resolution. Kelly, Lisa, Tyler I appreciate you guys. This is my second year here and I love my place. You guys have really worked to make our complex better and better for the residents. Thank you!!!
Clean and convenient location and Benita good manager awesome I would recommend Catalina club to anyone looking for an apartment.
