I’ve been staying out here for almost 2 years now. The apartment complex is quiet and very nice especially the property Chanelle. She’s nice, respectful to her tenants and is very helpful and understanding, i wouldn’t want it any other way. Chanelle is very helpful, nice and understands her tenants especially when you’re having a problem she’s quick to assist and help. Thank you Sabal Palms but thank you Chanelle.
Lisa was great! Her cutter service was a 10, appling with roommate today because of her great additude and service provided
Will update my review if the situation changes but currently I would not recommend this complex. If* you end up with loud neighbors- there’s not much the staff can/will do to help. Currently living near someone blasting a kareoke machine and living out her dream to replace Evanescence’s Amy Lee for the past 6 months. Accompanied by her children screaming into the mic. I visited Palmview Cove and Kathy at the villas from blue Cove was at Palm view I did a tour with her Kathy is very attentive Extremely knowledgeable, extremely funny but yet she has a very good warm demeanor and cares about the environment of her residence and her position. I would suggest that anyone looking for a rental go see Kathy either in MELBOURNE or in Palm Bay.
