love my place everything brand new it's so quiet when the street lights on you don't hear nobody it's safe for your kids no shootings no nothing I just love it here like I ain't going to lie I thought it was boring until I actually came to Austin Texas and I love it if they have a 20 star or a 50 star I give it a 50 star
The Park at Summers Grove staff is honestly the best staff that has ever ran a apartment complex. Elda, Caroline, and Gloria make the residents feel like home, welcomed, and supported. They go out of their way to accommodate to residents and give them the assistance that they need. I’ve never seen so many residents hug the leasing staff as much as I do here. All the staff here, including the maintenance team, are all so nice and make the place feel safe :).
Truly Exceptional Community I don’t take posting reviews lightly, so I want to make it very clear that this is 100% genuine and comes from the heart. I have lived in Austin my entire life, and I can honestly say I have never experienced an entire apartment community that genuinely cares about its residents the way this one does. The maintenance team is incredibly quick to respond and always takes care of things promptly.
