It is definitely under managed, maintained due to the property only have 2 people to run I believe 300 units. The most concerning part is the lack of access for any communication and outright ignoring of any message on important promised dates given with a constant "I am busy" that keeps pushing out the most simple follow through. I've had a great experience living at Park at Summers Grove Apartments. The community is located in a nice area and is definitely a place worth considering if you're looking for a comfortable place to live. One of the best things about Park at Summers Grove is the management team. Elda and the receptionist, Caroline, are both incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. I have to give Ms.Elda thanks for helping me out by giving me information to help me because I lost income for this entire summer.Ms. Elda always go above to help me.I have to give the all the staff 5 stars!!!!
This place has honestly been way more than just an apartment to me—it's felt like a real community. The office staff, Ms. Elda Loredo, Gloria Carrazco, and Carolyn Buss, along with the HSSA representative, Azucena Rivera, have all been genuinely kind and caring. I’ve lived here many years & the apartments are great along with that the leasing office manger Elda & staff are great and very helpful. The apartments also have a great maintenance staffing as well.
