****Buyer Beware! Great price: $585, but this is the worst place you could move to. They never answer their phone, they are rude, half the time they yell at you, and talk over you. I had a set date to move in, 2 weeks before my move in date I called, and was told that they do not have me on file. Then they wanted me to prove I had reservations, and made the $99 move in fee. After arguing (literally the rep was yelling at me) they finally found my information, and told me that the apartment which I signed up for has been give... read more

Terrible. Where to begin... The first problem we faced was maintenance and cleaning. We have lived here 8 months, and our doors, ceiling, mildew, and bathroom vent have still not been fixed. Our air conditioner stopped working, and it took them over a week to fix it. In the middle of July we had no air conditioner, and they did not offer any rent compensation for our troubles. Also, the walls are thin, the neighborhood is pretty rough, and the police (crime scene tape, ambulances and all) are here at least once a week. They ... read more

I would not move here even if it meant saving a dying loved one!!! It's too much to even say it all. This is the worst place to live. Sure the apartments are spacious but from management to maintenance they are the worse. When my family lived there, we had termites and roaches that they would not attend to until my friend videotaped it and took it over to the office to show them how bad it was. We requested to move to a different apartment because our neighbors below were roach infested and had a second lock so no one can co... read more

My friend.... The office doesn't pick up when they are called...Also, my friend has mold in her apartment as well as roaches and the office has done nothing about it. Go figure! That's ok, we will look into getting the health department out as well as a lawyer hired....Also, her and her child have been sick for quite sometime.

Not at all what they said The brochure makes this complex look like heaven. Not once you get there though. The buildings are pretty rough looking and sometimes, so is the neighborhood. The apartments are pretty large in size and there aren't a lot of maintenance issues, but it's not the apartment I expected from the tour and how much they were "talking" it up. It's affordable, but if you have other options, check those out as well. PROS: Close to Brandon mall and other shopping CONS: Slow to deal with any maintenance problem... read more

Better off to find another place to live If you move here, you will be sorry. We have called once a week for the past 6 weeks to have repairs done and they still have not came out. Going to the office doesn't help either, they just tell you to call the maintence line (which is a voicemail).
